I am a highly qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and have been practicing now for over ten years. Having initially completed my first degree in Psychology I then pursued a career as a civil servant, worked in the airline industry and became a teacher working with pupil with learning and behavioural difficulties. After several years of soul searching I realised how much I love listening, understanding, analysing and helping others grow and become confident people. I found myself counselling and coaching unofficially, whether it was a former pupil or a colleague, next door neighbour, family and friends. I have always felt passionate about helping others heal, grow and see their full potential. I completed my masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling which has helped equipped me in a variety of approaches in psychotherapy, counselling and coaching. I am currently completing my doctoral research on the connection between mind and body.
I am committed and passionate about what I do and take part in regular training and supervision in order to grow and understand myself better. I am dedicated to helping you discover who you really are and who you were born to be. My extensive training and life experience means that I draw from many psychotherapeutic approaches, helping you to understand and resolve deep and difficult issues from the past as well as empower you to resolve current problems. I will work with you as an individual with your own unique life experience and try to find out with you how such experiences have affected you and what changes you may need to embrace in order to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
